Types of Massage:

Sports Massage or Soft Tissue Therapy is the manipulation and mobilisation of soft tissue structures such as muscles, tendons, ligaments and connective tissue. It helps to improve muscle functionality, increasing the flexibility and elasticity of the muscle fibres. It also releases tension and is effective in reducing pain and discomfort. (Cupping Therapy is utilised during this massage.)

When muscle tension builds up and is not effectively treated, it can lead to chronic pain and potentially cause injuries in the long term. Regular treatment can help prevent injury, but also relax the body & mind.

Deep Tissue Massage – Focused, slower techniques that target deeper layers of muscle to relieve chronic tension, stiffness, and discomfort.

Swedish Massage – Gentle, flowing movements designed for deep relaxation, stress relief, and improved circulation.
